Abstract
Penelitian ini merancang buku fotografi tentang kehidupan suku dayak untuk meningkatkan sikap toleransi bagi remaja di Kalimantan Barat. Perancangan buku fotografi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi tentang kehidupan suku dayak sebagai sarana edukasi bagi Remaja di Kalimantan Barat. Melalui buku, orang dapat melihat secara visual kehidupan suku Dayak. Buku juga bisa dapat dijadiakan sebagai refrerensi dan arsip bagi seseorang Para remaja dapat menerima informasi mengenai kehidupan Suku Dayak di Kalimantan Barat melalui karya buku “Kehidupan Suku Dayak”, dan mempelajari pratik-praktik sosial yang terjadi dalam Suku Dayak seperti pakaian adat, rumah adat, tradisi, dan lain sebagainya. karya buku yang berjudul “Kehidupan Suku Dayak” diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya remaja di Kota Pontianak baik secara tekstual ataupun visual. Pemerintah ataupun instansi lainnya dapat menggunakan karya buku ini untuk bahan ajar sekaligus media edukasi para remaja ataupun umum.
English Abstract
It is hoped that the design of this photography book will provide information about the life of the Dayak tribe as a means of education for teenagers in West Kalimantan. Through books, people can visually see the life of the Dayak tribe, books can also be used as references and archives for someone. This photography is a photo that tells the life situation of the Dayak tribe in the form of a group of photos arranged in one particular topic. The aim of the research is to design a photography book. about the life of the Dayak tribe to increase attitudes of tolerance for teenagers in West Kalimantan. Teenagers can receive information about the life of the Dayak Tribe in West Kalimantan through the book "Life of the Dayak Tribe", and learn about the social practices that occur in the Dayak Tribe such as traditional clothing, traditional houses, traditions, and so on. It is hoped that the book entitled "Life of the Dayak Tribe" can increase the knowledge of the community, especially teenagers in Pontianak City, both textually and visually. The government or other agencies can use this book as teaching material as well as educational media for teenagers or the general public.
