Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran layanan bimbingan karir bagi penyandang disabilitas di SMK 2 Malang.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel informan primer adalah Guru yang secara aktif terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan layanan bimbingan dan konseling karir di SMK 2 Malang, dan juga memiliki pengalaman dalam memberikan layanan kepada siswa penyandang disabilitas. Sementara itu, kriteria untuk informan sekunder adalah siswa penyandang disabilitas di SMK 2 Malang. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman. Informan penelitian berjumlah 6 orang dengan rincian 3 orang informan primer dan 3 informan sekunder. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Bimbingan Karir bagi penyandang disabilitas di SMK 2 Malang cenderung berupa program praktek keterampilan di bidang perhotelan dan keterampilan lainnya. Bimbingan karir dapat diakses oleh seluruh siswa namun dalam penerapannya belum menjangkau seluruh siswa.
English Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the description of career guidance services for people with disabilities at SMK 2 Malang. This research used qualitative methods with a case study approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with the sampling criteria for primary informants are teachers who are actively involved in implementing career guidance and counselling services at SMK 2 Malang, and also have experience in providing services to students with disabilities. Meanwhile, the criteria for secondary informants are students with disabilities at SMK 2 Malang. Data were collected through the interview technique. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. The research informants totalled 6 people with details of 3 primary and 3 secondary informants. The results of the research show that career guidance for persons with disabilities at SMK 2 Malang tends to be in the form of practical skills programs in the field of hospitality and other skills.
