Abstract
Penelitian in bertujuan memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kredibilitas pelatih terhadap peningkatan motivasi atlet UKM karate Universitas Brawijaya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel kuota dari populasi atlet UKM karate Universitas Brawijaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kuesioner dengan total responden sebanyak 107 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari total 107 responden didapati nilai t table sebesar 1.9823 dan dari 107 responden didapati nilai t hitung sebesar 5.112. Berdasarkan hasil teresbut diketahui bahwa t hitung dinyatakan lebih besar dari t table. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kredibilitas pelatih terhadap rasa peningkatan motivasi atlet UKM karate Universitas Brawijaya.
English Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of trainer credibility on increasing the motivation of UKM Karate athletes at Brawijaya University. The type of research carried out by researchers is quantitative research using quota samples from the population of UKM karate athletes at Brawijaya University. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a total of 107 respondents. The results of this research show that from a total of 107 respondents the t table value was found to be 1.9823 and from 107 respondents the t value was found to be 5.112. Based on these results, it is known that the calculated t is stated to be greater than the t table. The results of the research conducted by researchers stated that there was an influence of the credibility of the coach on the sense of increased motivation of UKM Karate athletes at Brawijaya University.
