Abstract

g dikenal luas di Indonesia, diperoleh melalui aktivitas penangkapan dan pemeliharaan di perairan. Ikan lele, sebagai representasi ikan air tawar, telah menjadi objek Pemeliharaan komersial di Indonesia, terutama di Pulau Jawa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi terkini dari Pemeliharaan ikan lele di Dusun Lebaksari Bojonegoro dan menganalisis strategi pengembangan berdasarkan aspek sosial ekonomi dari Pemeliharaan ikan lele di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan fokus pada analisis dampak Pemeliharaan ikan lele terhadap kondisi sosial dan ekonomi penduduk Dusun Lebaksari, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Lokasi penelitian terletak di Dusun Lebaksari, Kecamatan Baureno, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Sebanyak 30 peternak ikan lele dipilih sebagai responden melalui metode Simple Random Sampling, di mana setiap anggota kelompok tani memiliki peluang yang sama untuk diambil sebagai sampel, mulai dari tahap Pemeliharaan hingga pemasaran. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Dampak penelitian di Dusun Lebaksari, Kecamatan Baureno, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, memberikan bahwa dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan yang dimiliki buat mengejar peluang, mirip pengembangan pasar dan optimalisasi teknologi, dapat merumuskan seni manajemen pengembangan perjuangan Pemeliharaan ikan lele. strategi tersebut meliputi pengembangan pasar, optimalisasi teknologi, peningkatan kerjasama menggunakan pihak terkait (pelanggan dan mitra usaha), pemanfaatan sumber daya alam secara aporisma, serta pembentukan kerjasama menggunakan pemerintah

English Abstract

Fishery catches are a type of food source that is widely known in Indonesia, obtained through fishing and rearing activities in the waters. Catfish, as a representative of freshwater fish, has become an object of commercial cultivation in Indonesia, especially on the island of Java. The aim of this research is to identify the current conditions of catfish rearing in Lebaksari Bojonegoro Hamlet and analyze development strategies based on socio-economic aspects of catfish rearing in the area. This research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach with a focus on analyzing the impact of catfish farming on the social and economic conditions of the residents of Lebaksari Hamlet, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java Province. The research location is located in Lebaksari Hamlet, Baureno District, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java Province. A total of 30 catfish farmers were selected as respondents using the Simple Random Sampling method, where each member of the farmer group has the same opportunity to be taken as a sample, starting from the maintenance to marketing stages. Data analysis in this research uses the SWOT analysis method. The results of research in Lebaksari Hamlet, Baureno District, Bojonegoro Regency, show that by utilizing the strengths you have to pursue opportunities, such as market development and technology optimization, you can formulate management techniques for developing the catfish rearing business. This strategy includes market development, optimizing technology, increasing cooperation with related parties (customers and business partners), aphoristic use of natural resources, and establishing cooperation with the government.
