Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dampak workplace well-being pada kepuasan kerja karyawan penyandang disabilitas. Workplace well-being pada karyawan difabel merupakan Workplace well-being bagi penyandang disabilitas adalah kondisi kesejahteraan fisik, mental, dan emosional di tempat kerja dengan inklusivitas. Dalam konteks penyandang disabilitas, keadaan workplace well-being menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Peneliti menggunakan sampel sejumlah 68 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang skala Eudaimonic Workplace Well-Being Scale (EWWS) dan skala Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana untuk menganalisis peran antara workplace well-being dan kepuasan kerja karyawan penyandang disabilitas di wilayah Malang. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai t sebesar 14.134 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 (p<0,05) dan R Square 0,760 (76%). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa workplace well-being pada karyawan penyandang disabilitas memiliki pengaruh sebesar 76% terhadap kepuasan kerjanya, sedangkan 24% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor diluar penelitian. Besarnya pengaruh peran workplace well-being terhadap kepuasan kerja memberikan pemahaman yang penting tentang cara meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan penyandang disabilitas melalui peningkatan workplace well-being. Berdasarkan analisis lanjutan organisasi perlu memprioritaskan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung inklusi bagi penyandang disabilitas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan organisasi.

English Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of workplace well-being on job satisfaction among employees with disabilities. Workplace well-being for employees with disabilities refers to the physical, mental, and emotional welfare conditions in the workplace with inclusivity. In the context of individuals with disabilities, the state of workplace well-being becomes a crucial factor influencing job satisfaction. The researcher used a sample of 68 respondents. This study utilized questionnaires including the Eudaimonic Workplace Well-Being Scale (EWWS) and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). Simple linear regression analysis was employed to analyze the role of workplace well-being in the job satisfaction of employees with disabilities in the Malang region. Based on the analysis conducted, a t-value of 14.134 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05) and an R Square of 0.760 (76%). These results indicate that workplace well-being among employees with disabilities has a 76% influence on their job satisfaction, while the remaining 24% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study. Understanding the significant impact of workplace well-being on job satisfaction provides important insights into how to enhance the job satisfaction of employees with disabilities through improving workplace wellbeing. Based on further analysis, organizations need to prioritize creating a work environment that supports inclusion for individuals with disabilities, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the organization.
