Abstract
Tulisan ini membahas tentang struktur generik dan fitur kebahasaan teks item berita di FAS Flashnews. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan meliput kegiatan di Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi (FIA) Universitas Brawijaya. Tujuan utama dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana FAS Flashnews menerapkan struktur generik dan fitur bahasa untuk item berita berdasarkan analisis struktur teks item berita. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa FAS Flashnews telah mengimplementasikan struktur generik dan fitur kebahasaan teks berita. Namun penulis menemukan beberapa penyimpangan. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa FAS Flashnews telah menerapkan standar penggunaan struktur generik dan fitur kebahasaan teks berita.
English Abstract
This paper discusses the generic structure and language features of news item text on FAS Flashnews. The writer collected the data by covering the activity on Faculty of Administrative Sciences (FAS), Universitas Brawijaya. The main objectives of this paper are to identify how FAS Flashnews applied generic structure and language features for news item based on text structure analysis of news items. Based on the analysis results, it shown that FAS Flashnews has implemented generic structure and language features of news item text. However the writer discover several deviations. Based on this explanation, the writer can conclude that FAS Flashnews has completed the standards for the use of generic structure and language features of news item text
