Abstract

Kebijakan merupakan dasar rencana suatu pekerjaan, kepemimpinan, cara bertindak, dan garis pedoman dalam manajemen untuk mencapai tujuan. Dalam prakteknya, kebijakan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) pegawai di harapkan dapat memberikan perlindungan agar terhindar dari kecelakaan maupun kesehatan pegawai . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana evaluasi kebijakan K3 terhadap kesehatan kerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Universitas Brawijaya. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah ketua komite K3RS, kepala kepegawaian, dan pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Universitas Brawijaya Kota Malang Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa evaluasi kebijakan K3 terhadap kesehatan kerja pegawai yang dilakukan Oleh Rumah Univesitas Brawijaya sudah berjalan dengan baik. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu : 1) pelayanan pemeriksaan Kesehatan 2) Kesehatan kerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada kebijakan K3 yang mencakup pemeriksaan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Universitas Brawijaya telah melah melaksanakan pelayanan pemeriksaan kesehatan sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Nomor 2 Tahun 1980 yang dimana memuat pemeriksaan sebelum bekerja, berkala, dan khusus. Sementara pada kesehatan kerja pegawai telah sesuai dengan faktor kesehatan kerja namun masih perlu peningkatan dalam hal sarana dan prasarana agar lebih maksimal dan memuaskan.

English Abstract

Policies are the basis for work plans, leadership, ways of acting, and guidelines in management to achieve goals. In practice, employee safety and health (K3) policies are expected to provide protection to avoid accidents and employee health. The aim of this research is to describe how the K3 policy is evaluated on the occupational health of employees at Brawijaya University Hospital. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were the chairman of the K3RS committee, the head of civil service, and employees at the Brawijaya University Hospital, Malang City. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the evaluation of the K3 policy on employee occupational health carried out by the Brawijaya University House has gone well. The focus of this research is: 1) Health examination services 2) Employee occupational health. Based on the results of research on K3 policies which include health checks, Brawijaya University Hospital has implemented health check services in accordance with Ministerial Regulation Number 2 of 1980 which includes pre-work, periodic and special checks. Meanwhile, employee occupational health is in accordance with occupational health factors, but facilities and infrastructure still need to be improved to make them more optimal and satisfactory.
