Abstract
Dalam era teknologi yang berkembang pesat, pemerintah memasƟkan digitalisasi merata di bidang pendidikan. Teknologi informasi juga digunakan untuk mendukung kegiatan akademik maupun non-akademik di sekolah. SMA Negeri 1 Madiun menerapkan pencatatan dan perhitungan poin pelanggaran siswa untuk menentukan Ɵngkat kedisiplinan siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Proses pencatatan, perhitungan dan pelaporan poin pelanggaran siswa masih dilakukan secara manual dapat menimbulkan permasalahan seperƟ keterlambatan pelaporan pelanggaran kepada pihak tata terƟb, serta keterbatasan informasi pelanggaran kepada siswa maupun orang tua. Penulis mengusulkan peneliƟan aplikasi monitoring pelanggaran siswa yang mampu membantu stakeholder dalam pencatatan dan perhitungan poin pelanggaran siswa, serta membantu siswa dan wali murid untuk memantau perkembangan kedisiplinan dan keterƟban siswa. PeneliƟan ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan implementasi menggunakan framework fluƩer untuk sisi mobile, dan laravel untuk sisi website. Terdapat Ɵga pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu pengujian Black Box dengan skor sebesar 100%, pengujian CompaƟbility menggunakan tools SortSite dengan enam permasalahan melipuƟ Major Issues dan Minor Issues, serta pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS) yang dilakukan kepada seluruh pengguna melipuƟ admin, wakasek, pihak tata terƟb, wali kelas, guru, siswa, dan wali murid dengan hasil skor sebesar 81,13%, mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi berjalan dengan baik dan dapat diterima oleh user.
English Abstract
In the era of rapidly developing technology, the government ensures that digitalizaƟon is evenly distributed in the educaƟon sector. InformaƟon technology is also used to support academic and non-academic acƟviƟes in schools. SMA Negeri 1 Madiun implements recording and calculaƟng student violaƟon points to determine the level of student discipline in the school environment. The process of recording, calculaƟng and reporƟng student violaƟon points is sƟll done manually, which can cause problems such as delays in reporƟng violaƟons to the discipline, as well as limited informaƟon on violaƟons to students and parents. The author proposes research on student violaƟon monitoring applicaƟons that are able to assist stakeholders in recording and calculaƟng student violaƟon points, as well as helping students and guardians to monitor the development of student discipline and order. This research uses the waterfall method with implementaƟon using the fluƩer framework for the mobile side, and laravel for the website side. There are three tests carried out, namely Black Box tesƟng with a score of 100%, CompaƟbility tesƟng using SortSite tools with six problems including Major Issues and Minor Issues, and System Usability Scale (SUS) tesƟng conducted to all users including admin, vice-secretary, disciplinary parƟes, homeroom teachers, teachers, students, and student guardians with a score of 81.13%, indicaƟng that the applicaƟon runs well and can be accepted by users.
