Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan Check Dam di alur Sungai Curah Bok Kembar yang berada pada kawasan UB Forest sebagai upaya pengendalian sedimen. Material konstruksi yang digunakan yaitu ban bekas truk tipe 7.50-16 yang diisi dan direkat antar satu dengan lainnya menggunakan mortar beton. Pemanfaatan ban bekas ini dimaksudkan untuk menerapkan prinsip ramah lingkungan, pembiayaan ringan, dan pemanfaatan limbah. Aplikasi pemrograman Plaxis 2D V20 turut memberikan bantuan dalam penentuan perhitungan analisis stabilitas yang memungkinkan untuk menambah dan mendapatkan gambaran mengenai faktor keamanan suatu bangunan air. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan Check dam Ban Bekas di Kawasan UB Forest Sumbersari didapatkan 1) Debit sedimen dengan kala ulang 25 tahun sebesar 25,393 m3 /detik. 2) Tinggi main dam 4 m, lebar mercu 1,6 m, kemiringan hulu 0,7 hilir 0,2, tinggi pelimpah 3,54 m, panjang kolam olak 17,64 m, tebal 1 m, dan tinggi sub dam 1,75 m. 3) Analisis stabilitas memakai metode perhitungan dinyatakan aman terhadap guling dan geser berdasarkan 6 keadaan : keadaan muka air normal tanpa sedimen, normal penuh sedimen, normal penuh sedimen dengan gempa, muka air banjir tanpa sedimen, banjir penuh sedimen, dan banjir penuh sedimen dengan gempa. Begitu juga memakai software Plaxis V20 dinyatakan aman terhadap perpindahan berdasarkan 6 keadaan tanpa sedimen: keadaan muka air kosong, muka air kosong dengan gempa, muka air normal, muka air normal dengan gempa, muka air banjir, dan muka air banjir dengan gempa. 4) Rencana Anggaran Biaya pembangunan sebesar Rp773.472.940. Sehingga penggunaan ban bekas sebagai material konstruksi dapat dijadikan pilihan.
English Abstract
This research aims to plan a check dam in the Curah Bok Kembar River channel in the UB Forest area as a sediment control effort. The construction material used is used truck tires type 7.50-16 which are filled and adhered to each other using concrete mortar. The utilization of used tires is intended to apply the principles of environmentally friendly, light financing, and waste utilization. Plaxis 2D V20 programming application also provides assistance in determining the calculation of stability analysis that allows to add and get an overview of the safety factor of a water building. The results of this study indicate that the planning of used tire check dams at the Sumbersari UB Forest area obtained 1) Sediment discharge with a 25-year return period of 25,393 m3 /second. 2) Main dam height 4 m, mercury width 1,6 m, upstream slope 0,7 downstream 0,2, spillway height 3,54 m, stillingbasin length 17,64 m, thickness of stilling basin 1 m, and sub dam height 1,75 m. 3) Stability analysis using the calculation method is declared safe against overturning and sliding based on 6 conditions: normal water level without sediment, normal full of sediment, normal full of sediment with earthquake, flood water level without sediment, flood full of sediment, and flood full of sediment with earthquake. Likewise, using Plaxis V20 software is declared safe against displacement based on 6 conditions without sediment: empty water level, empty water level with earthquake, normal water level, normal water level with earthquake, flood water level, and flood water level with earthquake. 4) The construction budget plan amounted to Rp773.472.940. So that the use of used tires as construction material can be used as an option
