Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel restrukturisasi, modal intelektual, dan good corporate governance terhadap kinerja keuangan BUMN dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel dan metode sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang menghasilkan 36 perusahaan sampel observasi dalam 3 tahun periode pelaporan. Data diolah menggunakan eviews 12. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa restrukturisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, modal intelektual tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, good corporate governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Ukuran perusahaan dapat memperkuat pengaruh good corporate governance secara positif terhadap kinerja keuangan, namun ukuran perusahaan tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh restrukturisasi dan modal intelektual terhadap kinerja keuangan.

English Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of restructuring, intellectual capital, and good corporate governance on the financial performance of State-Owned Companies with company size as a moderating variable. The samples selected through purposive sampling include 36 companies observed in three years, and the data are analyzed by panel data regression processed by Eviews 12. This research finds that restructuring and intellectual capital have no effect on financial performance, and good corporate governance has a positive effect on financial performance. Company size strengthens the positive effect of good corporate governance on financial performance, but does not moderate the effect of restructuring and intellectual capital on financial performance.
