Abstract
Berdasarkan data dan informasi sebaran teipang tersebar seluruh perairan Sulawesi dimana tersebar diperairan provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dan Tenggara. Selain di Sulawesi persebaran teripang terdapat di Kota Kupang. Teripang berada di urutan 15 dengan jumlah produksi pd thn 2016 0,23 ton/thn. 2017 dengan produksi 0,24 ton/thn. 2019 0,21 ton/thn. 2019 1,04 ton / tahun. Jumlah potensi produksi teripang juga terdapat di wilayan madura kabupaten Bangkalan. Berdasarkan data BPS Kabupaten Bangkalan tahun 2022 Jumlah hasil tangkapan teripang mencapai 2.880kg / tahun. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data terbaru dari BPS Kabupaten Bangkalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) menganalisis kelayakan usaha aspek non finansial usaha pengolahan keripik teripang UD Yani’s. 2) menganalisis kelayakan usaha aspek finansial usaha pengolahan keripik teripang UD Yani’s. 3) menganalisis sensitivitas usaha pengolahan keripik teripang UD Yani’s. 4) menganalisis faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung. Lokasi penelitian yakni UD Yani’s di Sukolilo Baru Kecamatan Bulak Kota Surabaya. Penelitian dimulai pada 29 November sampai 15 Desember 2023. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan dua jenis data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data untuk: 1) analisis kelayakan non-finansial (aspek teknis, aspek pemasaran, aspek hukum, aspek manajemen, aspek sosial ekonomi, dan aspek lingkungan) dan aspek finansial jangka pendek (permodalan, biaya produksi, penerimaan, R/C ratio, keuntungan, rentabilitas dan BEP,) dan jangka panjang (NPV, net B/C, IRR, dan PP). 2) analisis sensitivitas dengan tiga skenario (biaya naik dan benefit tetap, benefit turun dan biaya tetap, benefit naik dan benefit turun). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada “Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Pengolahan Keripik Teripang (Holothuria scabra) UD Yani’s di Sukolilo Baru, Kecamatan Bulak Kota Surabaya” pada aspek non-finansial (aspek teknis, aspek hukum, aspek manajemen, aspek sosial ekonomi sesuai kriteria penilaian kebutuhan usaha, sedangkan aspek pemasaran promosi kurang sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian kebutuhan usaha disebabkan oleh pemasaran yang tidak dilakukan secara online, serta aspek lingkungan yang belum memiliki izin IPAL. Analisis data kuantitatif finansial jangka pendek menunjukkan hasil menguntungkan dengan nilai R/C Ratio (1,74 >1) dan rentabilitas (74,28% > suku bunga deposit bank) cepat menghasilkan laba, sedangkan hasil analisis finansial jangka panjang layak dijalankan dengan nilai NPV (136.696.621), Net B/C (3,61), IRR (97%), dan PP (1,1). Analisis sensitivitas usaha pengolahan keripik teripang UD Yani’s menggunakan 3 skenario percobaan. Pada skenario 1 (biaya naik benefit tetap sebesar 54%), Skenario 2 (benefit turun biaya tetap sebesar 31%), Skenario 3 (biaya naik 14% benefit turun 12%). Pada analisis sensitivitas asumsi 1 dinyatakan kurang sensitiv karena presentase biaya kenaikan menunjukkan >50% sebesar 54%. Analisis sensitivitas dengan asumsi 2 dinyatakan sensitif karena presentase benefit turun menunjukkan <50% sebesar 31%. Analisis sensitivitas dengan asumsi 3 dinyatakan sensitif karena presentase biaya naik dan benefit turun menunjukkan <50% sebesar biaya naik 14% dan benefit turun 12%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sensitivitas dari ketiga skenario tersebut sensitiv karena perubahan yang dihasilkan dari perubahan parameter ketika benefit turun dan biaya naik. Faktor pendukung yang terdapat pada Usaha Pengolahan Keripik Teripang UD Yani’s yaitu perolehan tenaga kerja mudah, permintaan konsumen tinggi, produksi setiap hari, bahan baku tersedia, proses produksi cepat dan mudah. Faktor penghambat yaitu cuaca berangin, musim hujan, sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan di Pantai saja dan manajemen keuangan lemah.
English Abstract
Based on data and information on the distribution of teipang throughout the waters of Sulawesi, which are spread across the waters of Central and Southeast Sulawesi provinces. Apart from Sulawesi, sea cucumbers are distributed in Kupang City. Sea cucumbers are in 15th place with total production in 2016 of 0.23 tons/year. 2017 with production of 0.24 tons/yr. 2019 0.21 tons/yr. 2019 1.04 tons / year. There is also potential for sea cucumber production in the Madura region, Bangkalan district. Based on BPS data from Bangkalan Regency in 2022, the number of sea cucumber catches reached 2,880kg / year. The data obtained is the latest data from BPS Bangkalan Regency. The aim of this research is 1) to analyze the business feasibility of the nonfinancial aspects of UD Yani's sea cucumber chips processing business. 2) analyze the business feasibility of the financial aspects of UD Yani's sea cucumber chips processing business. 3) analyze the sensitivity of UD Yani's sea cucumber chips processing business. 4) analyze inhibiting and supporting factors. The research location is UD Yani's in Sukolilo Baru, Bulak District, Surabaya City. The research starts from November 29 to December 15 2023. The type of research method used is descriptive research using two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis methods for: 1) non-financial feasibility analysis (technical aspects, marketing aspects, legal aspects, management aspects, socio-economic aspects and environmental aspects) and short-term financial aspects (capital, production costs, revenues, R/C ratio , profit, profitability and BEP,) and long term (NPV, net B/C, IRR, and PP). 2) sensitivity analysis with three scenarios (increasing costs and fixed benefits, decreasing benefits and fixed costs, increasing benefits and decreasing benefits). Based on the results of research on "Feasibility Analysis of UD Yani's Sea Cucumber Chips (Holothuria scabra) Processing Business in Sukolilo Baru, Bulak District, Surabaya City" on non-financial aspects (technical aspects, legal aspects, management aspects, socio-economic aspects according to business needs assessment criteria, Meanwhile, promotional marketing aspects are not in accordance with business needs assessment criteria due to marketing not being carried out online, as well as environmental aspects not having IPALpermits. Short-term quantitative financial data analysis shows profitable results with the R/C Ratio value (1.74 > 1) and profitability (74.28% > bank deposit interest rate) quickly generating profits, while the results of long-term financial analysis are feasible with the NPV value (136,696,621), Net B/C (3.61), IRR (97%), and PP (1.1). Sensitivity analysis of UD Yani's sea cucumber chips processing business using 3 experimental scenarios. In scenario 1 (costs increase, benefits remain by 54%), Scenario 2 (benefits decrease, fixed costs by 31%), Scenario 3 (costs increase by 14%, benefits decrease by 12%). In the sensitivity analysis, assumption 1 was stated to be less sensitive because the percentage of increased costs showed >50% at 54%. Sensitivity analysis with assumption 2 is declared sensitive because the percentage of benefit decreases shows <50% to 31%. Sensitivity analysis with assumption 3 is declared sensitive because the percentage of costs increasing and benefits decreasing shows <50% for costs increasing 14% and benefits decreasing 12%. So it can be concluded that the sensitivity of the three scenarios is sensitive due to changes resulting from changes in parameters when benefits decrease and costs increase. The supporting factors found in UD Yani's Sea Cucumber Chips Processing Business are easy labor acquisition, high consumer demand, daily production, available raw materials, fast and easy production process. Inhibiting factors are windy weather, rainy season, a marketing system that is carried out only on the beach and weak financial management
