Abstract
Website smartvillage merupakan layanan berbasis web yang memfasilitasi desa untuk mengelola data dan memberikan pelayanan administrasi yang lebih efisien. Dalam website smartvillage terdapat layanan administrasi yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk melakukan berbagai layanan administrasi seperti membuat surat izin keramaian, surat keterangan tidak mampu hingga mengecek bantuan sosial secara mandiri. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih belum optimal dikarenakan ada beberapa faktor penghambat seperti kurangnya edukasi pemerintah kepada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pelayanan administrasi di desa Surabaya Ilir masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien. Masyarakat harus datang ke balai kampung Surabaya Ilir jika ingin mengurus kepentingan yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan administrasi. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa website smartvillage belum bisa digunakan secara sepenuhnya oleh masyarakat, website tersebut hanya bisa diakses oleh operator desa. Diharapkan pemerintah desa segera memperbaiki website desa dan dapat memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang penggunaan website tersebut.
English Abstract
The smartvillage website is a web-based service that facilitates villages to manage data and provide more efficient administrative services. On the smartvillage website there are administrative services that can be used by the community to carry out various administrative services such as making crowd permits, certificates of incapacity to checking social assistance independently. But the implementation is still not optimal because there are several inhibiting factors such as the lack of government education to the public. Implementation of administrative services in the village of Surabaya Ilir is still done manually so it is less efficient. The community must come to the Surabaya Ilir village hall if they want to take care of their interests related to administrative services. In this research, the method used is descriptive research method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. From the research results it is known that the smartvillage website cannot be used fully by the community, the website can only be accessed by village operators. It is hoped that the village government will immediately improve the village website and be able to provide education to the public about using the website.
