Abstract
Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Mojokerto menerapkan kebijakan yang dapat mempermudah masyarakat melalui aplikasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD). Dengan kondisi masyarakat yang belum sepenuhnya mengetahui tentang adanya Identitas Kependudukan Digital, maka Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Mojokerto melakukan transformasi agar lebih memudahkan dalam proses pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan transformasi digital dokumen Kependudukan di Kota Mojokerto melalui Inovasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Inovasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital sudah layak untuk dijalankan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Mojokerto karena sudah melewati beberapa tahapan sebelum inovasi tersebut dijalankan. Inovasi ini di fokuskan pada kebutuhan masyarakat yang menginginkan proses pelayanan cepat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, saran yang diberikan penulis adalah berkolaborasi atau bekerjasama dengan kementerian atau lembaga terkait, dikarenakan dengan mengambil peran proaktif dalam seluruh tahapan ini, Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Mojokerto dapat memastikan bahwa Identitas Kependudukan Digital tidak hanya menjadi alat teknologi, tetapi juga sarana yang mendukung kepentingan seluruh masyarakat.
English Abstract
The Mojokerto City Population and Civil Registration Office implements policies that can facilitate the community through the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application. With the condition of the community who do not fully know about the existence of Digital Population Identity, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Mojokerto City is transforming to make it easier to process services. This study aims to determine the implementation of digital transformation of Population documents in Mojokerto City through Digital Population Identity Innovation. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Digital Population Identity Innovation is feasible to run at the Mojokerto City Population and Civil Registration Office because it has passed several stages before the innovation is implemented. This innovation is focused on the needs of people who want a fast service process. Based on the results of the research, the advice given by the author is to collaborate or cooperate with related ministries or institutions, because by taking a proactive role in all these stages, the Mojokerto City Population and Civil Registration Office can ensure that the Digital Population Identity is not only a technological tool, but also a tool that supports the interests of the entire community
