Abstract

CV. Segoro Kidul memiliki standar operasional prosedur yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam melaksanakan tahapan-tahapan pengelolaan barang. Namun, tidak semua tahapan SOP dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengevaluasi standar operasional prosedur pengelolaan barang good stock di CV. Segoro Kidul. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi secara langsung dilapangan dan wawancara secara mendalam kepada tiga karyawan yang berhubungan langsung dengan proses pengelolaan barang good stock. Data yang didapatkan dari wawancara kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tabel dan narasi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan permasalahan dalam proses pengelolaan barang yaitu tidak memperhatikan expired date diwaktu packing dan penataan barang di gudang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat penyebab utama dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu kurangnya pemahaman terhadap SOP dan manajemen pengelolaan barang. Oleh karena itu saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu memperbaiki prosedur pengelolaan barang dengan metode FEFO (First Expired First Out) supaya dapat termonitoring semua barang serta memberikan pelatihan khusus mengenai warehouse managemen system kepada karyawan khususnya pada divisi gudang.

English Abstract

CV. Segoro Kidul has standard operating procedures for managing goods which are used as guidelines in carrying out the stages of managing goods. However, not all stage of the SOP are implemented optimally. The purpose of study is to evaluate the standard operating procedures for managing goods in goods stock at CV. Segoro Kidul. The data collection methodused in this research is direct observation in the filed and in-dept interviews with three employes who are directly related to the process of managing good stock. The data obtained from the interviews were then analyzed using tables and narration. The results of this study found promblems in the process of processing goods, namely not paying attention to the expired date at the time of packing and arranging goods in the warehouse. The conclusion of this study is that there is a main cause of these problems, namely a lack of understanding of SOP and management of goods. Therefore, suggestions that can be given are to improve the procedures for managing goods with the FEFO (First Expired First Out) method so that all goods can be monitored and provide special training on the warehouse management system to employees, especially in the warehouse division.
