Abstract
Alur kerja merupakan sebuah rangkaian atau sistem yang berjalan secara sistematis dan otomatis sesuai dengan alur yang telah ditetapkan. Alur kerja adalah hal yang wajib dimiliki oleh segala jenis instansi maupun perusahaan yang bergerah dibidang apapun. CV. Imagine Promosindo adalah salah satu Event Organizer yang telah banyak mengibarkan sayapnya di Kota Malang khususnya acara konser. Dalam konser “Love Music Festival 2023” segala persiapan logistik seperti Alat Tulis Kerja, riders artist mulai dari Raisa, Kahitna, Ardhito Pramono feat Oom Berkaraoke, sampai Dudy Oris, serta konsumsi panitia dan pihak yang terlibat sebelum maupun saat hari H. Hal tersebut sangat penting bagi kelancaran konser sehingga perlu ada alur kerja yang jelas agar kebutuhan logistik tersalurkan dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang dari penelitian ini yaitu rancangan penyusunan workflow logistik dalam event ”Love Music Festival” di Event Organizer CV. Imagine Promosindo
English Abstract
Workflow is a series or system that runs systematically and automatically according to a predetermined flow. Workflow is something that must be owned by all types of agencies and companies engaged in any field. CV. Imagine Promosindo is one of the event organizers that has spread its wings in the city of Malang, especially concerts. In the "Love Music Festival 2023" concert, all the logistical preparations, such as work stationery, riders artists starting from Raisa, Kahitna, Ardhito Pramono feat Oom Berkaraoke, to Dudy Oris, as well as the consumption of the committee and parties involved before and on the D-day. important for the smooth running of the concert so there needs to be a clear workflow so that logistical needs are properly channeled. The method used in this final project uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are the design of the logistics workflow arrangement in the "Love Music Festival" event at the Event Organizer CV. Imagine Promosindo.
