Abstract

Chyfa Patchwork & Quilt merupakan salah satu Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Demak yang menjual usaha kerajinan tangan kain perca sejak tahun 2011. Selama ini pengelolaan pemasaran yang telah dilakukan oleh UMKM belum berjalan dengan optimal. Selain itu, pendapatan yang dihasilkan relatif mengalami penurunan dan hanya mengalami beberapa kali kenaikan. Produk-produk dari kain perca yang dihasilkan oleh Chyfa Patchwork & Quilt merupakan produk UMKM yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan khusus pada pengelolaan pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, penulis melakukan implementasi bauran pemasaran 4P (product, price, place, promotion) pada UMKM Chyfa Patchwork & Quilt. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pembaharuan dan beberapa kendala selama implementasi bauran pemasaran 4P UMKM Chyfa Patchwork & Quilt. Dalam proses implementasi yang diterapkan penulis, diharapkan pemilik UMKM mampu menyempurnakan implementasi yang telah dilakukan

English Abstract

Chyfa Patchwork & Quilt is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Demak Regency that has been selling patchwork handicrafts since 2011. So far, the marketing management that has been carried out by MSMEs has not run optimally. In addition, the income generated has relatively decreased and only experienced several increases. The patchwork products produced by Chyfa Patchwork & Quilt are MSME products that have the potential to be developed so that special improvements in marketing management are needed. Therefore, the author implements the 4P marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) in Chyfa Patchwork & Quilt MSMEs. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there were updates and several obstacles during the implementation of the 4P marketing mix of Chyfa Patchwork & Quilt MSMEs. In the implementation process implemented by the author, it is hoped that MSME owners will be able to perfect the implementation that has been carried out.
