Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu contoh kewirusahaan yang berkembang di berbagai negara salah satunya Indonesia. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki keterlibatan dalam membantu meningkatkan pendapatan yang signifikan di suatu negara. UMKM Es Krim Seledri GENDHIS merupakan UMKM yang berada di Desa Sumberejo, Kecamatan Batu, Kota Batu memiliki keterlibatan terhadap peningkatkan pendapatan dengan mengolah produk olahan pertanian yang dikembangkan oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) karena tanaman seledri sebagai komoditas unggulan belum dioptimalkan secara maksimal sehingga menyebabkan hasil panen seledri tidak memiliki nilai tambah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor kewirausahaan yang dapat berperan pada pertumbuhan UMKM Es Krim Seledri GENDHIS, menganalisis keterlibatan UMKM Es Krim Seledri GENDHIS terhadap peningkatkan pendapatan pekerja, dan menganalisis hubungan keterlibatan antara UMKM Es Krim Seledri GENDHIS terhadap perubahan pendapatan pekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode studi kasus yang dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2023 – Januari 2024. Penelitian dilakukan secara langsung dengan para pekerja UMKM Es Krim Seledri GENDHIS melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa faktor kewirausahaan yang dapat berperan pada pertumbuhan UMKM Es Krim Seledri GENDHIS adalah motivasi, pendidikan, dan sumber daya manusia. Faktor motivasi para pekerja yang ingin mengembangkan usaha es krim seledri lebih luas lagi. Faktor pendidikan yang didapatkan pekerja melalui pendidikan formal dan non-formal. Faktor sumber daya manusia yang berasal dari lingkungan sekitar dan sudah diberikan pelatihan dasar mengenai pembuatan es krim. Faktor-faktor tersebut dapat beperan pada pertumbuhan UMKM dalam menjaga keberlanjutan usaha produk es krim seledri. Keterlibatan UMKM Es Krim Seledri GENDHIS terhadap peningkatan peranan pekerja dengan membuka lapangan pekerjaan dan inovasi & kreativitas dimana hal tersebut diharapkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pekerja dan para pekerja dapat mengembangkan keterampilan yang mereka miliki agar produk es krim seledri dapat dikenal oleh orang banyak. Adanya UMKM Es Krim Seledri GENDHIS memberikan dampak pada peningkatan pendapatan pekerja walaupun tidak banyak tetapi membantu pekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan primer dan sekunder. Oleh karena itu, dari penelitian diharapkan UMKM Es Krim Seledri GENDHIS dapat terus berkembang hingga memiliki konsumen yang banyak agar dapat menjaga keberlanjutan usaha serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pekerja lebih besar lagi.

English Abstract

MSMEs are one example of entrepreneurship that has developed in various countries, one of which is Indonesia. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are involved in helping to increase significant income in a country. GENDHIS Celery Ice Cream MSMEs is an MSMEs located in Sumberejo Village, Batu District, Batu City which has involvement in increase income by processing processed agricultural products developed by the Women Farmers Group (WFG) because celery plants as a superior commodity have not been optimized optimally, causing celery harvests to have no added value. The purpose of this research is to analyze entrepreneurial factors that can play a role in the growth of GENDHIS Celery Ice Cream UMKM, analyze the involvement of GENDHIS Celery Ice Cream UMKM in increasing workers' income, and analyze the relationship between the involvement of GENDHIS Celery Ice Cream UMKM and changes in workers' income. This research uses a qualitative approach to the case study method conducted in December 2023 - January 2024. The research was conducted directly with the workers of GENDHIS Celery Ice Cream MSMEs through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana which consists of four stages: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that entrepreneurial factors that can play a role in the growth of GENDHIS Celery Ice Cream MSMEs are motivation, education, and human resources. The motivational factor of workers who want to develop the celery ice cream business more broadly. Educational factors obtained by workers through formal and non-formal education. The human resource factor comes from the surrounding environment and has been given basic training on ice cream making. These factors can contribute to the growth of MSMEs in maintaining the sustainability of the celery ice cream product business. The involvement of GENDHIS Celery Ice Cream UMKM in increasing the role of workers by opening up jobs and innovation & creativity where it is expected to increase workers' income and workers can develop the skill they have so that celery ice cream products can be recognized by many people. The existence of GENDHIS Celery Ice Cream MSMEs has an impact on increasing workers' income even though it is not much but helps workers to meet primary and secondary needs. Therefore, from the research, it is hoped that the GENDHIS Celery Ice Cream MSME can continue to grow until it has many consumers so that it can maintain business sustainability and can increase workers' income even more.
