Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen piutang klaim COVID-19 pada RSUD Cibinong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer berupa hasil observasi nonperilaku, hasil wawancara dan dokumen terkait manajemen piutang klaim COVID-19 di RSUD Cibinong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan manajemen piutang klaim COVID-19 di RSUD Cibinong belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh SIMRS yang belum optimal, jumlah petugas yang tidak sesuai dengan beban kerja, kurangnya pemahaman petugas terhadap regulasi, serta belum adanya SPO khusus tentang alur piutang klaim COVID-19.
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze the management of COVID-19 claims receivables at RSUD Cibinong. This study is a descriptive qualitative study using primary data in the form of non-behavioral observations, interviews and documents related to the management of COVID-19 claims receivables at RSUD Cibinong. The results showed that the management of COVID-19 claims receivable management at Cibinong Hospital was not optimal. This is caused by SIMRS that is not optimal, the number of officers who are not in accordance with the workload, the lack of understanding of the officers on regulations, and the absence of special SOPs regarding the flow of COVID-19 claims receivables.
