Abstract
Task management memiliki peranan penting dalam mengatur sistem manajemen dengan tujuan memantau seluruh pekerjaan yang sedang berjalan. Hal ini memerlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu project manager untuk mengelola berbagai project; menetapkan jadwal kerja, memprioritaskan tugas-tugas, dan memonitor kemajuan kerja tim. Oleh karena itu, PT O‘|'|' MNC Network (Vision+) perusahaan layanan streaming digital /ive TV dan video-on-demand (VOD) milik MNC Group menggunakan sebuah rancangan sistem manajemen untuk mengelola project tugas-tugas karyawan, dan laporan hasil project melalui Aplikasi Task Management. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi task management berbasis website dalam membantu perusahaan mengelola tugas-tugas karyawan dan tim secara efektif dan efisien. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui rancangan Aplikasi Task Management berhasil membantu project manager untuk menentukan durasi project, ruang lingkup project, mencatat, melaporkan kemajuan project secara langsung ke semua pihak, sefta mengolah data project secara tepat, efisien, transparan, terintegrasi dan dapat memenuhi kebetuhan perusahaan dalam mengelola project karyawan
English Abstract
Task management plays a crucial role in organ/'zing management systems with the aim of monitoring ongoing work. This requires an information system that can assist project managers /'n managing various projects, setting work schedules, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring team progress. Therefore, PT 077'MNC Network (l/ision+), a digital /ive TV and video—on- demand (VOD) streaming service company owned by MNC Group, ut/7/Zes a design of a project management system to manage projects, employee tasks, and project reporting through the Task ManagementApp/ication. This research aims to design and develop a web-based task management information system to effectively and efficiently assist the company in managing employee tasks and team responsibilities. The research findings re veal that the design of the Task Management Application successfully aids project managers in determining project duration, project scope, recording, reporting project progress directly to all stakeholders as well as processing project data accurately, efficiently, transparently, and in an integrated manner. It fulfilb the companys needs in managing employee projects.
