Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilis peran trust dalam memediasi pengaruh perceived risk dan perceived benefits terhadap continuance intention to adopt fintech P2P lending. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna fintech p2p lending di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 105 responden yang dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM berbasis PLS dengan software SMART PLS 3.3.9 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived risk berpengaruh negatif terhadap continuance intention to adopt fintech P2P lending, sedangkan perceived benefit menunjukkan pengaruh positif. Trust secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh perceived risk dan perceived benefits terhadap continuance intention to adopt fintech p2p lending. Trust diidentifikasi sebagai variabel partial mediation. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi wawasan yang berfungsi sebagai masukan bagi perusahaan yang ingin meningkatkan continuance intention to adopt fintech p2p lending dengan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan trust, yang mampu memediasi pengaruh perceived risk dan perceived benefits dengan adopsi fintech

English Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of trust in mediating the influence of perceived risk and perceived benefits on the continuance intention to adopt fintech P2P lending. The research population consists of users of fintech P2P lending in Indonesia. The sampling technique employed purposive sampling with a sample size of 105 respondents, analyzed using the SEM method based on PLS with SMART PLS 3.3.9 software. The research results indicate that perceived risk has a negative impact on the continuance intention to adopt fintech P2P lending, while perceived benefits show a positive influence. Trust significantly mediates the influence of perceived risk and perceived benefits on the continuance intention to adopt fintech P2P lending. Trust is identified as a variable of partial mediation. This research provides insights that serve as input for companies seeking to enhance the continuance intention to adopt fintech P2P lending by maintaining and improving trust, which can mediate the influence of perceived risk and perceived benefits on fintech adoption.
