Abstract
Posyandu Delima Desa Bangilan setiap bulan harus melakukan rekapitulasi data. Posyandu Delima mengalami masalah dalam manajemen data bayi dan balita. Penulis tertarik mengadakan penelitian guna membantu kader posyandu dan bidan Desa Bangilan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan cara membangun sistem informasi berbasis website. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall yang memiliki urutan proses Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementasi, Testing menggunakan Black Box Testing, lalu Maintenance. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan bantuan framework Laravel dan dibantu database MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem tersebut kendala yang dihadapi kader posyandu pada Posyandu Delima Desa Bangilan dapat diminimalisir.
English Abstract
Posyandu Delima Bangilan Village has to recapitulate data every month. Posyandu Delima experienced problems in managing infant and toddler data. The author is interested in conducting research to help posyandu cadres and Bangilan Village midwives in overcoming these problems by building a website-based information system. The development method used is the waterfall method which has a process sequence of Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing using Black Box Testing, then Maintenance. In developing this system using the PHP programming language with the help of the Laravel framework and assisted by the MySQL database. With this system, the constraints faced by posyandu cadres at Posyandu Delima Bangilan Village can be minimized.
