Abstract
Taspen One Hour Online Service (TOOS) merupakan layanan terintegrasi yang digunakan untuk mengajukan klaim secara online. Penggunaan Taspen One Hour Online Service (TOOS) mulai beberapa tahun terakhir sebagai bentuk komitmen PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Malang guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pengajuan klaim. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran Taspen One Hour Online Service (TOOS) sebagai media digital pengajuan klaim dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Malang. Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang didukung dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui proses wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Tahapan yang diterapkan dalam Tugas Akhir ini dimulai dari tahapan pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, perencanaan, optimalisasi, dan diakhiri dengan tahapan evaluasi. Hasil dari Tugas Akhir ini berupa uraian evaluasi strategi pemasaran yang kemudian diikuti rancangan atau usulan strategi pemasaran Taspen One Hour Online Service (TOOS) melalui pemanfaatan digital marketing berupa content marketing, social media marketing, e-mail marketing, sosialisasi, dan pelaksanaan uji coba serta uraian identifikasi kelebihan Taspen One Hour Online Service (TOOS) yang berperan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Malang. Berdasarkan hasil Tugas Akhir dapat diketahui beberapa strategi pemasaran yang telah diterapkan dan kemudian dapat ditingkatkan kembali menggunakan rancangan atau usulan strategi pemasaran terbaru guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Malang.
English Abstract
Taspen One Hour Online Service (TOOS) is an integrated service used to submit claims online. The use of Taspen One Hour Online Service (TOOS) has started in the last few years as a form of commitment by PT. Taspen (Persero) Malang Branch Office to improve the quality of claim filing services. This final project aims to find out the Taspen One Hour Online Service (TOOS) marketing strategy as a digital media for filing claims in improving service quality at PT. Taspen (Persero) Malang Branch Office. This final project uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach supported by the use of data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The stages applied in this Final Project start from the stages of data collection, data processing, planning, optimization, and ending with the evaluation stage. The results of this Final Project are in the form of a marketing strategy evaluation description which is then followed by a design or proposal for a Taspen One Hour Online Service (TOOS) marketing strategy through the use of digital marketing in the form of content marketing, social media marketing, e-mail marketing, socialization, and trial implementation as well description of the identification of the advantages of Taspen One Hour Online Service (TOOS) which plays a role in improving the service quality of PT. Taspen (Persero) Malang Branch Office. Based on the results of the Final Project, it can be seen that several marketing strategies have been implemented and can then be improved again using the latest marketing strategy designs or proposals to improve service quality at PT. Taspen (Persero) Malang Branch Office.
