Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Pengakuan Kinerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (studi pada Puskesmas Baktijaya). Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik samplinh jenuh. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi Puskesmas Baktijaya berjumlah 30 orang. Pengukuran nilai item pernyataan dalam kuesioner menggunakan skala likert dengan skor 1-5. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknis analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Uji hipotesis dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis secara parsial. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis diperoleh data variabel Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (X1), beban kerja (X2), dan pengakuan kinerja (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y).

English Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Work-Life Balance, Workload, and performance Recognition Towards Job Satisfaction (study on Baktijaya Public Health Center). The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative method. The sampling technique used is census sampling. The sample size in this study is the entire population of Baktijaya Public Health Center, totaling 30 people. The measurement of items in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale with scores ranging from 1 to 5. This research employs validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The technical analysis of the data involves multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test is conducted to test hypotheses partially. Based on the hypothesis results, it is found that the data for the variables of Work-Life Balance (X1), Workload (X2), and Performance Recognition (X3) have a positive influence on job satisfaction (Y).
