Abstract

Instansi pemerintahan dituntut untuk selalu berupaya dalam memberikan pelayanan dengan efektif, efisien, serta memberikan dampak yang baik kepada masyarakat dan secara tidak langsung dapat memudahkan proses pelayanan serta meningkatkan service excellence. Keterbukaan informasi yang berkaitan dengan proses pelayanan juga ikut mendorong masyarakat semakin sadar dengan hak dan kewajibannya. Berdasarkan pengamatan dilapangan, permohonan Inovasi Layanan dengan sistem konvensional dirasa kurang tepat diterapkan seiring dengan perkembangan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) yang semakin cepat. Oleh karena itu, penulis memanfaatkan Wordpress sebagai upaya peningkatan Inovasi Layanan pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil. WordPress merupakan Content Management System yang memiliki fungsi untuk menampilkan artikel terkait persyaratan untuk pengajuan dan tautan formulir pendaftaran. Dengan pemanfaatan tersebut, diharapkan permohonan Inovasi Layanan yang sebelumnya diajukan menggunakan sistem konvensional dapat beralih menjadi digital. Tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pendekekatan ni dimaksud untuk membahas fenomena dan mendeskripsikan hal-hal yang mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi khususnya di bidang perkantoran. Dalam pelayanan saat ini, dengan adanya sebuah website dalam hal menyebarkan informasi dan juga akses pelayanan dengan mudah dan cepat. Selain itu instansi juga dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat. Bagi instansi Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pelayanan Sipil website sangat membantu dalam menyebarkan informasi secara online. Dalam proses pembuatan WordPress Permohonan Penerbitan Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) ada tahap-tahap yang dimulai dari proses perancangan desain atau tampilan dan layout atau tata letak dari website permohonan Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) yang terdiri dari beberapa halaman beranda, tengang kami, geleri dan kontak kami. dilanjutkan dengan penggunaan hosting gratis pada fitur WordPress. Sebagai media informasi pada website permohonan Kartu Identitas Anak, website tersebut berisi informasi pelayanan yang bisa diakses pemohon.

English Abstract

Government agencies are required to always strive to provide services effectively, efficiently, and have a good impact on the community and can indirectly facilitate the service process and improve service excellence. Information disclosure related to the service process also encourages people to be more aware of their rights and obligations. Based on observations in the field, the application for Service Innovation with a conventional system is deemed less appropriate to implement along with the development of increasingly rapid advances in information and communication technology (ICT). Therefore, the author utilizes Wordpress as an effort to improve Service Innovation at the Population and Civil Registration Office. WordPress is a Content Management System that has a function to display articles related to the requirements for submission and registration form links. With this utilization, it is hoped that the Service Innovation application that was previously submitted using a conventional system can switch to digital. This final project uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach through observation, and documentation. This approach is intended to discuss phenomena and describe matters concerning the utilization of technology, especially in the office field. In the current service, with the existence of a website in terms of disseminating information and also accessing services easily and quickly. In addition, agencies can also increase public trust. For the Population and Civil Service Agency, the website is very helpful in disseminating information online. In the process of making WordPress Application for Issuance of Child Identity Cards (KIA) there are stages that start from the process of designing the design or appearance and layout or layout of the KIA application website which consists of several home pages, our tengang, geleri and contact us. continued with the use of free hosting on WordPress features. As an information media on the KIA application website, the website contains service information that can be accessed by the applicant.
