Abstract
Seiring perkembangan teknologi yang semakin produktif mempengaruh berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan salah satunya adalah cara mempromosikan musik dan event musik. Salah satu cara paling mudah adalah dengan memanfaatkan media online untuk promosi, baik sosial media maupun aplikasi lainnya. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat sebuah hambatan yang dialami oleh penikmat musik, khususnya penikmat musik lokal yang kesulitan dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai event musik lokal, dalam konteks ini terdapat sebuah peluang untuk menjawa permasalahan tersebut untuk merancang sebuah UI/UX aplikasi media promosi khusus untuk event musik lokal juga untuk meningkatkan awareness masyarakat terhadap musik lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu mix method dan menggunakan User Centered Design (UCD) sebagai metode perancangan prototype aplikasi. Setelah dilakukan perancangan dilakukan pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS), dan didapatkan hasil acceptable . Disimpulkan bahwa rancangan aplikasi memiliki desain dan fitur yang dapat diterima oleh calon pengguna, dengan berbagai fitur yang dapat membantu calon pengguna untuk lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi mengenai event musik lokal. Aplikasi ini memiliki potensi untuk direalisasikan dengan evaluasi dan perancangan ulang untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih maksimal mendekati tingkat kesempurnaan.
English Abstract
As the development of technology is increasingly massive, it affects various aspects of life, one of which is how to promote music and music events. One of the easiest ways is to utilize online media for promotion, both social media and other applications. In the research conducted, there is an obstacle experienced by music lovers, especially local music lovers who have difficulty in getting information about local music events, in this context there is an opportunity to answer these problems to design a UI/UX promotional media application specifically for local music events as well as to increase public awareness of local music. The research method used is mix method and uses User Centered Design (UCD) as a method of designing application prototypes. After designing, the application was tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, and obtained acceptable results. It is concluded that the application design has a design and features that are acceptable to potential users, with various features that can help potential users to more easily get information about local music events. This application has the potential to be realized with evaluation and redesign to get maximum results closer to perfection.
