Abstract
Akibat penggunaan teknologi digital secara berlebihan dapat menimbulkan remaja mengalami kecemasan. Kecemasan remaja akan mempengaruhi bagaimana remaja resiliensi terhadap digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan resiliensi digital dengan tingkat kecemasan pada remaja di SMAN 4 Malang. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain deskriptif cross sectional. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 164 siswa kelas 12 di SMAN 4 Malang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur resiliensi digital adalah The Cannor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) kuesioner ini sudah dikembangkan oleh Kryukova pada tahun 2022. Sedeangkan Instrumen alat ukur tingkat kecemasan menggunakan Hamilton Anxienty Rating Scale (HARS). Hasil uji korelasi Spearman Rank menunjukkan p-value 0,003 dengan koefisien korelasi -0,233. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara resiliensi digital dengan tingkat kecemasan dengan arah korelasi negative atau berlawanan dimana tingkat kecemasan remaja menurun seiring dengan meningkatnya resiliensi digital. Dengan demikian perawat dapat memperhatikan kondisi kesehatan jiwa remaja di era digital ini agar tidak mengalami kecemasan, dan dapat memberikan penyuluhan terkait pentingnya resiliensi digital.
English Abstract
The consequences of excessive use of digital technology can cause teenagers to experience anxiety. Teenage anxiety will influence how resilient teenagers are towards digital. This research aims to determine the relationship between digital resilience and anxiety levels in adolescents at SMAN 4 Malang. This quantitative research uses a cross sectional descriptive design. The respondents for this research were 164 grade 12 students at SMAN 4 Malang. The instrument used to measure digital resilience is The Cannor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). This questionnaire was developed by Kryukova in 2022. Meanwhile, the instrument for measuring anxiety levels uses the Hamilton Anxienty Rating Scale (HARS). The results of the Spearman Rank correlation test show a p-value of 0.003 with a correlation coefficient of -0.233. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between digital resilience and anxiety levels with a negative or opposite correlation direction where the level of adolescent anxiety decreases as digital resilience increases. In this way, nurses can pay attention to the mental health conditions of teenagers in this digital era so that they do not experience anxiety, and can provide counseling regarding the importance of digital resilience.
