Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menganalisis penggunaan metode pengajuan dan pengeluaran uang muka operasional secara online terhadap efektivitas dan efisiensi prosedur biaya operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan metode triangulasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Divisi Keuangan dan Akuntansi PT INKA (Persero) dan objek penelitian ini adalah efektivitas dan efisiensi prosedur biaya operasional perusahaan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan penggunaan metode pengajuan dan pengeluaran uang muka operasional secara online berjalan dengan lancar dan terdapat sedikit hambatan yang mempengaruhi berjalannya sistem. Efektivitas dan efisiensi prosedur biaya operasional perusahaan semakin meningkat setelah penggunaan metode online.

English Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of online methods for submitting and disbursing operational advance on the effectiveness and efficiency of the company operational cost procedure through qualitative descriptive approach. Data are collected through semi-structured interviews, observation and documentation, and analyzed by the triangulation method. The subjects of this research include employees of the Finance and Accounting Division of PT INKA (Persero) and the object is the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's operational cost procedure. The results of data analysis exhibit that the use of the online method of submitting and disbursing operational advance is well implemented despite few obstacles affecting the operation of the system; and the effectiveness and efficiency of the company operational cost procedure continue to increase after using the online method.
