Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi pada perusahaan XYZ di bidang minyak dan gas). Jenis penelitian ini adalah associative research dengan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 66 responden dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 152. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah berstatus karyawan yang sedang bekerja di perusahaan XYZ. Pengukuran nilai item pertanyaan dalam kuesioner menggunakan skala likert dengan skor 1-5. Penelitian ini menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) untuk melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh data variabel budaya organisasi (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), komunikasi interpersonal (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), dan budaya organisasi (X1) dan komunikasi interpersonal (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).

English Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of organizational culture and interpersonal communication on employee performance, with a focus on the XYZ company in the oil and gas industry. The research employed an associative approach with a quantitative method. A sample of 66 respondents was selected from a population of 152 within the company, utilizing a non-probability sampling technique known as the convenience sampling method. The participants in this study consisted of current employees at XYZ company. The questionnaire employed a Likert scale with a scoring range of 1-5 to measure the values of question items. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was utilized for conducting the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. Data analysis involved the application of multiple linear regression tests. Hypothesis testing was conducted to assess hypotheses both partially and simultaneously. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that the organizational culture variable (X1) has a positive partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance (Y). On the other hand, the interpersonal communication variable (X2) showed no partial or simultaneous influence on employee performance (Y). Furthermore, both organizational culture (X1) and interpersonal communication (X2) variables demonstrated a positive partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance (Y).
