Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Team Brand Image terhadap Attitudinal Loyalty dan Behavioural Loyalty klub sepak bola Liga Inggris di Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menemukan hubungan dan menjelaskan penyebab perubahan fakta sosial yang terukur. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 131 responden yang diambil dari populasi klub Liga Inggris suporter yang berdomisili di Kota Malang. English Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Team Brand Image to Attitudinal Loyalty and Behavioural Loyalty English League football club in Malang City. This type of research is quantitative research which aims to find relationships and explain the causes of changes in measurable social facts. This research used a sample of 131 respondents taken from the population of English League club supporters who live in Malang City. Sampling using techniques non-probability sampling and sampling techniques purposive sampling. The characteristics of the selected sample are, at least 17 years old, domiciled in Malang City and follow and have a favorite club competing in English Premier League. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. From the research results it can be concluded Team Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Attitudinal Loyalty and Behavioural Loyalty English League football club in Malang City.
