Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh disrupsi teknologi terhadap kompetensi akuntan dan pengaruh praktik akuntansi memediasi pengaruh disrupsi teknologi terhadap kompetensi akuntan. Metode dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan 100 responden kuesioner berskala likert, serta analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling yang terdiri dari analisis outer model dan inner model. Adapun temuan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa disrupsi teknologi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi akuntan, disrupsi teknologi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap praktik akuntansi, praktik akuntansi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi akuntan, dan disrupsi teknologi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi akuntan melalui mediasi dari praktik akuntansi.

English Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of technological disruption on accountant competence and the effect of accounting practices mediating the effect of technological disruption on accountant competence. The method and analysis technique used is a quantitative method with 100 Likert-scale questionnaire respondents, and the data analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling which consists of outer model and inner model analysis. The findings of this study state that technological disruption has a significant positive effect on accountant competence, technological disruption has a significant positive effect on accounting practices, accounting practices have a significant positive effect on accountant competence, and technological disruption has a significant positive effect on accountant competence through the mediation of accounting practices.
