Abstract
Pernikahan remaja merupakan pernikahan yang terjadi pada pasangan yang belum berusia 19 tahun. Kondisi ini dapat memicu munculnya berbagai dampak bagi remaja itu sendiri. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pernikahan di usia remaja. Pemberian edukasi kesehatan dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian edukasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap tentang dampak pernikahan remaja. Metode penelitian yaitu quasy eksperimental dengan model non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 260 mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis di salah satu universitas negeri di Kota Malang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner pengetahuan dan sikap. Analisis data untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian edukasi adalah menggunakan uji paired t-test yang didapatkan nilai p-value 0,001 (p<0,05) untuk variabel pengetahuan pada kelompok intervensi dan 0,000 (p<0,05) pada kelompok kontrol, sedangkan pada variabel sikap didapatkan hasil p-value 0,000 (p<0,05) untuk kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Selanjutnya untuk uji perbedaan antara media video dan leaflet menggunakan uji independent t-test dengan nilai p-value 0,012 (p<0,05) pada variabel pengetahuan dan nilai p-value 0,661 (p>0,05) pada variabel sikap. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh pemberian edukasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap tentang dampak pernikahan remaja. Oleh karena itu, sangatlah penting bagi profesi perawat untuk terus memberikan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi khususnya pada remaja.
English Abstract
Teenage marriage is marriage occurring between couples who are less than 19 years old. However, it can trigger various impacts on the teenagers. One of the factors causing it is the lack of knowledge and attitudes of teenagers about reproductive health and teenage marriage impacts. Providing health education can be a solution to this problem. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of providing teenager reproductive health education on knowledge and attitudes about teenage marriage impact. The research design was quasi-experimental with a non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design model. Research respondents consisted of 260 Business Administration students at one of the state universities in Malang. Moreover, the research instrument used was knowledge and attitude questionnaire. Data analysis to determine the effect of providing education using the paired t-test, obtained a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05) for the knowledge variable in the intervention group and 0.000 (p <0.05) in the control group, while the attitude variable obtained a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05) for the intervention and control groups. Furthermore, to test the difference between video and leaflet media using independent t-test with a p-value of 0.012 (p<0.05) on the knowledge variable and a p-value of 0.661 (p>0.05) on the attitude variable. The conclusion of the study is that there is an effect of providing teenager reproductive health education on knowledge and attitudes about teenage marriage impact. Thus, it is very important for the nursing profession in continuing to provide reproductive health education; especially, to teenager.
