Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah untuk melihat dampak dari distribusi rasio dana ZIS/PDB dan dana IDH terhadap persentase penduduk miskin di provinsi Aceh pada tahun 2017–2021. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah model regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data panel yang bersumber dari Baitul Mal Aceh dan BPS Aceh. Secara parsial, hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa variabel ZIS/PDB tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun, variabel IDH memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif. Kedua variabel tersebut secara simultan mempengaruhi proporsi penduduk miskin di Provinsi Aceh.
English Abstract
The purpose of the researchn conducted by the author was to see the impact of the distribution of the ratio of ZIS/GDP and HDI funds on the percentage of poor peoplen in Aceh province in 2017–2021. This study using a descriptive approach and includes a ntype of quantitative research. Then analytical method used in this study is the multiplen linear regression model. The data used is panel data sourced from Baitul Mal Aceh and BPS Aceh. Partially, the results of the study show that the ZIS/GDP variable does not have a nsignificant effect. However, the HDI variable has a significant and negative effect. The two variables simultaneously affect the proportion of poor npeople in Aceh Province.
