Abstract
Malang Creative Agency merupakan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan digital kreatif agency yang bergerak dibidang Digital Marketing yang sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2019. Dengan jumlah pegawai lebih dari 10 dan mayoritas freelancer. Oleh karena itulah perlunya pengembangan sistem manajemen proyek berbasis website. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan model pengembangan waterfall dan dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel dan Database MYSQL. Dengan adanya sistem manajemen proyek ini Malang Creative Agency akan lebih mudah mengelola proyek yang terkait dengan customer dan pegawainya.
English Abstract
Malang Creative Agency is a Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) engaged in the field of creative digital agency services, specifically in Digital Marketing. It has been operating since 2019. The agency has more than 10 employees, with the majority being freelancers. Therefore, there is a need for the development of a project management system based on a website. This system is designed using the waterfall development model and built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MYSQL database. With the implementation of this project management system, Malang Creative Agency will find it easier to manage projects related to its customers and employees.
