Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan bagaimana supply chain management Mixue dan penerapan customer-focused supply chain yang terdiri dari empat strategi yaitu responsiveness, reliability, resilience, dan realignment dalam menghadapi terjadinya fluktuatif bisnis berdasarkan business principles-nya yang berpusat pada pelanggan (customer-centred) dengan menggabungkan keempat strategi customer-focused supply chain yaitu responsiveness, reliability, resilience, dan realignment secara rinci dan bersamaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada outlet berdasarkan kriteria tertentu di mana permasalahan ditemukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian supply chain Mixue merupakan global supply chain yang berpusat di China. Penerapan customer-focused supply chain setiap outlet Mixue wajib menerapkan ketentuan dan kebijakan dari pusat dan disesuaikan dengan outlet. Terdapat beberapa perbedaan penerapan yang tidak sesuai dengan teori dan indikator dalam customer-focused supply chain: 4Rs.

English Abstract

This study aims to describe the Mixue's supply chain management and the implementation of customer-focused supply chain consisting of four strategies including responsiveness, reliability, resilience, and realignment in dealing with business fluctuations based on its customer-centered business principles by combining the four customer-focused supply chain strategies in detail and simultaneously. This study focuses on the outlets with specific criteria where problems are found, and applies exploratory method with a qualitative approach. The results of the research exhibit that Mixue is a global supply chain centered in China, in which the implementation of customer-focused supply chain for its respective outlets must comply the provisions and policies from the center, adapted to the outlet. The study also reveals differences in the implementations that do not accord with the theory and indicators in the customer-focused supply chain: 4Rs.
