Abstract
Sistem informasi berperan sangat penting dalam menyediakan akses informasi, mempercepat proses bisnis, mendukung inovasi, dan memfasilitasi kolaborasi antar individu, organisasi, dan komunitas di seluruh dunia. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi dalam dunia bisnis, banyak perusahaan beralih ke sistem informasi berbasis web sebagai solusi untuk mengelola inventori mereka.Bukan hanya perusahaan saja, akan tetapi banyak instansi pemerintahan yang ikut juga menggunakan perkembangan sistem informasi untuk membuat pekerjaan menjadi lebih efektif. Oleh karena itu, perlu dirancang suatu sistem informasi inventori data yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan spesifik perusahaan atau instansi tersebut. Pada tugas akhir ini penulis mencoba merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat memperbaiki sistem pendataan blangko formulir kosong. Disini aplikasi berbasis web yang penulis kembangkan, hadir untuk memudahkan pendataan. Diharapkan bahwa nantinya aplikasi ini mampu membantu kinerja dari intansi yang terlibat.
English Abstract
Information systems play a very important role in providing access to information, accelerating business processes, supporting innovation, and facilitating collaboration between individuals, organizations and communities around the world. With the development of information technology in the business world, many companies have turned to web-based information systems as a solution to manage their inventory. Not only companies, but many government agencies that participate also use the development of information systems to make work more effective. Therefore, it is necessary to design a data inventory information system that suits the specific needs of the company or agency. In this final project the author tries to design and build an information system that can improve the blank form data collection system. Here the web-based application that the author has developed is here to facilitate data collection. It is hoped that later this application will be able to help the performance of the agencies involved.
