Abstract

Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan individu untuk bertahan, beradaptasi, dan pulih saat menghadapi stres dan kecemasan. Resiliensi dibutuhkan oleh pekerja termasuk pekerja sales marketing agar mampu bertahan saat menghadapi stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran dari kepribadian ekstraversi dan persepsi dukungan sosial terhadap resiliensi pekerja sales marketing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan total sampling yang dilakukan kepada pekerja sales marketing. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner secara luring. Lokasi penelitian akan dilaksanakan di PT. PEM dengan total sampel 87 pekerja sales marketing. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel adalah NEO-Five Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), dan Connor-Davidson Resiliensi Scale (CD-RISC 10). Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menemukan secara simultan terdapat peran signifikan dari kepribadian ekstraversi dan persepsi dukungan sosial terhadap resiliensi pekerja sales marketing. Secara parsial kepribadian ekstraversi berperan signifikan terhadap resiliensi pekerja sales marketing, sedangkan persepsi dukungan sosial tidak berperan signifikan terhadap resiliensi pekerja sales marketing.

English Abstract

Resilience is an individual's ability to survive, adapt, and recover when facing stress and anxiety. Resilience is needed by workers, including sales marketing workers, to be able to survive when facing work stress. This study aims to look at the role of the extraversion trait and perceived social support on the resilience of marketing sales workers. The research method used is correlational quantitative research. The data collection method uses total sampling which is carried out on marketing sales workers. Data collection will be carried out by distributing questionnaires offline. The research location was carried out at PT. PEM with a total sample of 87 sales marketing workers. The research instruments used to measure variables are the NEO-Five Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI), the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC 10). Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. This study found that there is a simultaneous significant role of trait extraversion and perceived social support in the resilience of sales and marketing professionals. Partially, extraversion trait plays a significant role toward resilience, while perceived social support does not have a significant role toward resilience.
