Abstract

Ibukota Negara Indonesia saat ini yaitu, DKI Jakarta memerlukan jaringan transportasi yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakatnya, baik transportasi umum maupun pribadi. Sebagai salah satu transportasi darat dengan banyak keunggulan, seperti, dapat mengangkut barang maupun manusia dengan kapasitas yang banyak sehingga dapat menghemat energi dan efisiensi ruang transportasi, nilai keamanan yang tinggi, dan nilai pencemaran lingkungan yang rendah (Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2007 tentang Perkeretaapian), kereta api umum digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai pilihan utama moda transportasi. Pengoperasian kereta api memerlukan prasarana yang dapat menunjang kebutuhan pengguna maupun pengelola jasa, yaitu stasiun. Stasiun Pasar Senen sebagai salah satu stasiun kelas besar dan pemberhentian akhir pengguna kereta api jarak jauh dengan tujuan DKI Jakarta melayani perjalanan kereta api jarak jauh dan kereta rel listrik. Stasiun ini direnovasi pada tahun 2020 untuk meningkatkan konektivitas moda menuju dan dari Stasiun Pasar Senen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja operasional dan pelayanan yang tersedia di Stasiun Pasar Senen setelah dilakukannya renovasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif komparatif karakteristik stasiun, analisis ketersediaan ruang stasiun, analisis sirkulasi stasiun, analisis Level of Service (LOS), analisis kesesuaian Standar Pelayanan Minimum (SPM) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa area boarding Stasiun Pasar Senen mendapatkan nilai LOS C untuk pintu 1 dan LOS B untuk pintu 2, dari 31 variabel yang diteliti, 3 (tiga) variabel perlu dijadikan prioritas utama untuk ditingkatkan dan sebanyak 7 (tujuh) variabel memiliki klasifikasi kesesuaian yang buruk.

English Abstract

The current capital of Indonesia, DKI Jakarta, needs a transportation network that can meet the needs of its people, both public and private transport. As one of the land transportation with many advantages, such as, goods and people transport with a large capacity so that it can save energy and efficiency of space, high safety values, and low environmental pollution values (Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2007 tentang Perkeretaapian), the railway is used by public as the main choice mode of transport. Railway operations require equipments that can support the needs of both users and service managers, namely stations. Stasiun Pasar Senen as one of the major class stations is serving long distance rail travel and electric rail trains. The station was renovated in 2020 to improve transportation connectivity around Stasiun Pasar Senen’s area. The aim of this research is to find out the operational and services performance available at the Stasiun Pasar Senen after the renovation. The methods used are comparative descriptive analysis of station characteristics, station space availability analysis, station circulation analysis, Level of Service (LOS) analysis, Minimum Service Standard compliance analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the study show that the boarding area of Stasiun Pasar Senen gets LOS C for the first entrance area and LOS B for second entrance area, out of 31 variables studied, 3 (three) variables need to be given primary priority for improvement and as many as 7 (seven) variables have poor compliance classification.
