Abstract
Suatu instansi baik pemerintahan maupun swasta di berbagai bidang contohnya Kesehatan, dapat memanfaatkan media internet berupa website untuk menampilkan informasi perusahaan mereka untuk mendukung pelayanan Kesehatan yang efektif. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Profil Polkes DKT 05.09.01 Ngawi merupakan suatu aplikasi berbasis website yang berfungsi sebagai penyedia informasi yang resmi sehingga membantu meningkatkan keefektivitasan dalam penyampaiannya yang akurat dan modern. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman php dengan framework native. Metode perancangan aplikasi tersebut menggunakan metode waterfall atau konsep air terjun. Kemudian software yang digunakan untuk membangun aplikasi tersebut antara lain, Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Draw.io.
English Abstract
An agency both government and private in various fields, for example Health, can utilize internet media in the form of a website to display their company information to support effective Health services. The Design of the Polkes DKT 05.09.01 Ngawi Profile Information System is a website-based application that functions as an official information provider so as to help increase effectiveness in its accurate and modern delivery. This application was built using the php programming language with the native framework. The application design method uses the waterfall method or waterfall concept. Then the software used to build the application includes, among others, Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Draw.io
