Abstract
Pemanfaatan fitur Instagram Reels pada akun Instagram @wahyuni.mua Salon Luwes Gandes Sragen bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Engagement guna memberikan informasi interaktif kepada pelanggan secara digital. Dalam penyelesaian masalah ini digunakan metode penyelesaian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan ibu Wahyuni selaku pemilik Salon Luwes Gandes, dokumentasi proses pembuatan konten dan hasil engagement, serta studi pustaka untuk mendukung landasan teori. Dari hasil pembuatan konten diperoleh 9 konten dengan 3 jenis kategori berupa 5 konten layanan, 2 konten edukasi, dan 2 konten hiburan. Dimana konten layanan pertama dengan judul “Short Haircut” memiliki hasil Engagement paling tinggi dibanding konten lainnya.
English Abstract
Utilization of the Instagram Reels feature on the Instagram account @wahyuni.mua Luwes Gandes Salon Sragen aims to increase Engagement by providing interactive information to customers digitally. In solving this problem, a qualitative solution method was used with data collection techniques through interviews with Mrs. Wahyuni the owner of Luwes Gandes Salon, documentation of the content creation process and engagement results, and literature studies to support the theoretical basis. From the results of content creation, 9 content were obtained, with 3 types of categories in the form of 5 service content, 2 educational content, and 2 entertainment content. Which the first service content with the title "Short Haircut" has the highest Engagement results compared to other content.
