Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu sumber paling penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Saat ini, telah banyak negara di dunia yang terus berupaya untuk menumbuhkan perekonomiannya. Salah satu faktornya adalah adanya pekerja perempuan yang memiliki peran penting di dalam sektor ekonomi negara. Partisipasi perempuan dalam dunia kerja mampu memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu mengetahui, dan menjelaskan pengaruh Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (Studi Pada Pekerja Perempuan di MPS Sumber Makmur Ngantang).

English Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important resources in a company. Currently, many countries in the world continue to strive to grow their economies. One of the factors is the presence of women workers who have an important role in the country's economic sector. Women's participation in the world of work is able to make a considerable contribution to family economic growth. The purpose of this study was to know, and explain the effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction and family welfare (Study on Women Workers at MPS Sumber Makmur Ngantang).
