Pengaruh Knowledge Sharing Terhadap Kinerja Mahasiswa Magang Dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Magang Paragon Internship Program)
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of implementing knowledge sharing mediated by job satisfaction on the performance of Paragon Internship Program (PIP) interns. This research uses explanatory research which explains the causal relationship between the variables studied through hypothesis testing. This study took a sample size of 65 people from a total of 182 population of batch 4 Paragon Internship Program (PIP) interns. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) test tool with SmartPLS version 4.0 software through the stages of outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that knowledge sharing has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on intern performance. Knowledge sharing has a significant effect on intern performance. Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect in mediating the influence of knowledge sharing on intern performance.
