Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki lebih jauh hubungan antara keterkaitan entrepreneurial leadership terhadap innovative work behavior dengan menggunakan peran mediasi creative self efficacy dan creative process engagement (studi pada pelaku bisnis UMK Makanan dan Minuman di Kota Malang). Penelitian ini menggunakan umk makanan dan minuman di Kota Malang sebagai obyek penelitian. Penentuan jumlah sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, data di analisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa entrepreneurial leadership, creative self efficacy, dan creative process engagement mempunyai pengaruh terhadap innovative work behavior. Selain itu creative self efficacy dan creative process engagement dapat memediasi pengarun antara entreprenurial leadership terhadap innovative work behavior.

English Abstract

This research further investigates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior using the mediating role of creative self-efficacy and creative process engagement (study of food and beverage business actors in Malang). This research uses food and beverage SMEs in Malang as research objects. Determining the sample size for this study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 150 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire; the data is analyzed using PLSSEM. The research results show that entrepreneurial leadership, creative selfefficacy, and creative process engagement influence innovative work behavior. Additionally, creative self-efficacy and creative process engagement can mediate the influence between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior
