Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh quality of work life terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan mediasi organizational commitment pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pemuda Area Rawamangun Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebesar 78 responden kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel quality of work life berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Sedangkan quality of work life berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational commitment. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan variabel organizational commitment memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Peran organizational citizenship behavior sebagai mediasi penuh pada pengaruh quality of work life terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pemuda Area Rawamangun dalam upaya mengoptimalkan potensi.

English Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior by mediating organizational commitment at Indonesian Sharia Bank Youth Branch Office Rawamangun Area, East Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The research sample of 78 respondents was then analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) PLS. The results showed that the quality of work life variable had a negative and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, the quality of work life has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. In addition, the results of the study also show that the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The role of organizational citizenship behavior as a full mediation on the effect of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior. This research is expected to be input for Bank Syariah Indonesia Youth Branch Office in Rawamangun Area in an effort to optimize potential.
