Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi Radio Kanjuruhan FM dalam menyebarluaskan informasi pariwisata melalui program acara Potret Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan strategi Radio Kanjuruhan FM dalam menyebarluaskan informasi pariwisata menggunakan strategi public relations dimana didalamnya terdapat empat fase yaitu formative research phase, strategy phase, tactic phase, dan evaluative research phase. Membuat susunan elemen dalam memproduksi program radio dengan menentukan deskripsi program, visi, misi, target audiens, target iklan, budget, type of announcer, jenis lagu, materi siaran, gaya siaran (air personality), dan format O’clock. Menetapkan tahapan produksi program acara melalui tiga tahapan yaitu pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Serta, melakukan promosi melalui media sosial berdasarkan empat karakteristik media yaitu tie strength, network density, network centrality, dan homophile.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of Radio Kanjuruhan FM in disseminating tourism information through the Portrait Malang program. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted by Radio Kanjuruhan FM strategy in disseminating tourism information using public relations strategies in which there are four phases, namely formative research phase, strategy phase, tactic phase, and evaluative research phase. Create an array of elements in producing radio programs by determining the program description, vision, mission, target audience, advertising target, budget, type of announcer, type of song, broadcast material, broadcast style (air personality), and O'clock format. Establish the production stages of the event program through three stages, namely pre-production, production, and post-production. Also, promoting through social media based on four media characteristics namely tie strength, network density, network centrality, and homophile.
