Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari pengaruh perilaku multitugas yang dilakukan oleh karyawan Food and Beverage Service, Shokudo Dining and Café, Kontena Hotel Batu terhadap kinerja pekerjaan para karyawan. Dilakukan juga analisis deskriptif dari data manajemen berupa performance appraisal form dengan menggunakan metode 360 Degree Feedback. Sumber data penelitian ini berupa data primer yang bersumber dari hasil wawancara penulis dengan karyawan departemen Food and Beverage Service dan data sekunder yang berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di Shokudo Dining and Café, Kontena Hotel Batu, dan juga bersumber dari buku, jurnal, hasil penelitian berupa skripsi dan penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Informan dari penelitian ini adalah Head of Department, Captain Bar and Resto, dan Daily Worker FB Attendant Shokudo Dining and Café, Kontena Hotel Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode analisis yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini berupa analisis deskriptif dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari perilaku multitugas yang dilakukan karyawan Food and Beverage Service, Shokudo Dining and Café, Kontena Hotel Batu, dengan hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan yang memiliki nilai positif pada variabel yang ditentukan hotel, yaitu pengetahuan, kemampuan dan perilaku. Dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan juga dilakukan strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan seperti pelatihan karyawan dan juga pemberian motivasi kerja terhadap karyawan, agar para karyawan bisa meningkatkan kinerja mereka lebih baik, dan pengetahuan tentang kinerja dan multitugas akan bertambah ketika diberikan pelatihan kinerja karyawan.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the multitasking behavior carried out by employees of the Food and Beverage Service, Shokudo Dining and Café, Kontena Hotel Batu on the work performance of employees. Descriptive analysis of management data was also carried out in the form of a performance appraisal form using the 360 Degree Feedback method. The data sources for this research are primary data derived from the results of the author's interviews with employees of the Food and Beverage Service department and secondary data based on observations made at Shokudo Dining and Café, Kontena Hotel Batu, and also sourced from books, journals, research results in the form of theses and previous research related to the research theme. The informants of this study were the Head of Department, Captain Bar and Resto, and Daily Worker FB Attendant Shokudo Dining and Café, Kontena Hotel Batu. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been done, there is a significant effect of multitasking behavior carried out by employees of the Food and Beverage Service, Shokudo Dining and Café, Kontena Hotel Batu, with the results of employee performance appraisal having a positive value on the variables determined by the hotel, namely knowledge, ability and behavior. And to improve employee performance, employee performance improvement strategies are also carried out such as employee training and also providing work motivation for employees, so that employees can improve their performance better, and knowledge about performance and multitasking will increase when given employee performance training.
