Abstract

Aktivitas transfer uang ke bank yang berbeda disertai dengan metode autentikasi transfer uang merupakan salah satu layanan utama yang ditawarkan sebuah aplikasi mobile banking. Tidak terkecuali aplikasi m-banking BCA Mobile dan SimobiPlus. Setiap aplikasi memiliki proses dan metode autentikasi yang berbeda ketika ingin melakukan transfer uang. BCA Mobile mengharuskan penggunanya untuk melakukan daftar nomor rekening tujuan terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan transfer uang, serta BCA Mobile menggunakan metode autentikasi berupa PIN. Sedangkan SimobiPlus, pengguna dapat langsung melakukan transfer uang tanpa harus mendaftarkan nomor rekening tujuan dengan metode autentikasi berupa SMS Token. Perbedaan ini menjadi dasar penelitian untuk menguji proses manakah yang lebih efisien menggunakan uji skenario yang dilakukan kepada 20 orang partisipan. Selain itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat apakah perbedaan proses dan metode autentikasi transfer uang pada BCA Mobile dan SimobiPlus memengaruhi tingkat User Experience dengan menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire yang diberikan kepada 20 orang responden yang juga melakukan uji skenario. Hasil analisis dari uji skenario menunjukkan bahwa jenis autentikasi menggunakan PIN pada proses transaksi sebuah m-banking yang dikombinasikan dengan proses pendaftaran nomor rekening tujuan yang terdapat pada BCA Mobile tidak lebih efisien daripada jenis autentikasi menggunakan SMS Token tanpa proses pendaftaran nomor rekening tujuan yang terdapat pada SimobiPlus. Hasil yang diperoleh dari respon UEQ adalah responden memiliki pengalaman yang lebih positif terhadap aplikasi SimobiPlus daripada BCA Mobile dalam hal aktivitas transaksi finansial berupa transfer uang antarbank berbeda ke nomor rekening tujuan yang belum ada riwayat bertransaksi sebelumnya, hal ini tercermin dari nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi pada semua aspek yang diukur.

English Abstract

The activity of transferring money to different banks accompanied by a money transfer authentication method is one of the main services offered by a mobile banking application. BCA Mobile and SimobiPlus m-banking applications are no exception. Each application has a different authentication process and method when you want to transfer money. BCA Mobile requires users to register the destination account number first before transferring money. Also, BCA Mobile uses an authentication method in the form of a PIN. Meanwhile, with SimobiPlus, users can directly transfer money without having to register the destination account number using an authentication method in the form of an SMS Token. This difference became the basis for research to test which process was more efficient using scenario test conducted on 20 participants. Furthermore, this research was conducted to see whether the differences in the process and method of authenticating money transfers on BCA Mobile and SimobiPlus affect the level of User Experience by using the User Experience Questionnaire which was given to 20 respondents who also carried out scenario tests. The analysis results from the scenario test show that the type of authentication using a PIN in the m-banking transaction process combined with the destination account number registration process found on BCA Mobile is no more efficient than the type of authentication using SMS Token without the destination account number registration process found on SimobiPlus. The results obtained from the UEQ response were that respondents had a more positive experience with the SimobiPlus application than BCA Mobile in terms of financial transaction activities in the form of money transfers between different banks to destination account numbers with no previous transaction history, this is reflected in the average value are higher in all aspects measured.
