Abstract
Pencatatan surat masuk hingga diterbitkanya disposisi masih dilakukan secara manual oleh PT. Jateng Agro Berdikari (PERSERODA). Proses pencatatan yang masih manual sering kali mengakibatkan kesalahan didalam penulisan data dari surat tersebut. Selain kesalahan didalam penulisan data surat, proses pencatatan yang masih manual juga sangat tidak efektif dan efisien mengingat tidak hanya satu surat masuk setiap harinya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut PT. Jateng Agro Berdikari (PERSERODA) memerlukan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu menangani kendala tersebut. Sistem yang dimaksud adalah sistem yang dapat melakukan proses pencatatan surat secara digital dimana user hanya perlu memasukan tanggal, asal surat, perihal, dan juga dokumen terkait tanpa harus melakukan pencatatan nomor secara manual lagi. Selain itu sistem ini juga sudah berbasis web yang artinya bisa diakses dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Sistem ini juga sudah dirancang sedemikian rupa sehingga pengguna tidak akan dibingungkan didalam penggunaan sistem ini nantinya. Selain easy to use sistem ini juga mempunyai berbagai macam fitur yang dapat menunjang optimalisasi kinerja dari perusahaan.
English Abstract
Recording incoming letters until the issuance of dispositions is still done manually by PT Jateng Agro Berdikari (PERSERODA). The manual recording process often results in errors in writing the data from the letter. In addition to errors in writing letter data, the manual recording process is also not very effective and efficient considering that not only one letter enters every day. Based on these problems, PT Jateng Agro Berdikari (PERSERODA) needs a system that can help deal with these obstacles. The system in question is a system that can carry out the process of recording letters digitally where the user only needs to enter the date, origin of the letter, subject, and also related documents without having to record the number manually again. In addition, this system is also web-based, which means that it can be accessed from anywhere and anytime. This system has also been designed in such a way that users will not be confused in using this system later. Besides being easy to use, this system also has various features that can support the optimization of the company's performance.
