Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji secara mendalam tentang implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility PLN Peduli yang dilakukan oleh PLN Uni Induk Pembangunan Jawa Timur dan Bali (UIP JBTB) yang menyasar Kelompok Tani Sereh Jeruk Nipis. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pelaksanaan urban farming sendiri sebagai salah satu program Pemerintah Kota Surabaya untuk mengatasi ketahanan pangan yang masih belum optimal di Kecamatan Wonocolo. Oleh karena itu kehadiran PLN sebagai perusahaan yang melaksanakan CSR PLN Peduli pada Kelompok Tani Serpis bertujuan agar program urban farming dapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal dan tujuan pemerataan pendapatan dapat diwujudkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif studi kasus dengan penentuan informan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Untuk mengkaji penelitian ini digunakan teori Triple Bottom Line milik Elkington. Diperoleh hasil Implementasi indikator economic line dilakukan dengan pemberiaan pembiayaan senilai 150 juta, indikator environment line diimplementasikan melalui electrifying agriculture dan pengawasan material hidroponik bersama pemerintah kecamatan, social line diimplementasikan dengan penerapan prinsip partisipasi dalam perencanaan proposal pembiayaan hidroponik serta pengukuran dampak sosial bersama dengan pihak independen, sehingga dalam konteks program urban farming CSR yang diimplementasikan oleh PLN UIP JBTB sudah memberikan kontribusi yang baik dalam keberhasilan pelaksanaan urban farming oleh Kelompok Tani Sereh Jeruk Nipis.
English Abstract
This research examines in depth the implementation of PLN Peduli's Corporate Social Responsibility carried out by the PLN East Java and Bali Development Parent Union (UIP JBTB) targeting the Lemongrass Lime Farmer Group. This research is motivated by the implementation of urban farming itself as a program of Surabaya City government to overcome food security which is still not optimal in the Wonocolo sub-district. Therefore, the presence of PLN as a company that implements CSR PLN Cares for the Kelompok Tani Sereh Jeruk Nipis aims to ensure that the urban farming program can be implemented optimally and the goal of income distribution can be realized. This research was conducted using a qualitative case study method by determining informants using a purposive sampling method. To examine this research, Elkington's Triple Bottom Line theory was used. The results obtained were that the implementation of economic indicators was carried out by providing financing worth 150 million, environmental line indicators were implemented through electrifying agriculture, monitoring of hydroponic materials together with the sub-district government, and social lines were implemented by applying the principle of participation in planning hydroponic financing proposals and measuring social impacts together with independent parties. so that in the context of the CSR urban farming program implemented by PLN UIP JBTB, it has contributed to the successful implementation of urban farming by the Kelompok Tani Sereh Jeruk Nipis.
