Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Batu dalam mendorong partisipasi pemilih pemula. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang dianggap sesuai dengan permasalahan penelitian yang diambil. Hasil penelitian ini akan menguraikan strategi KPU Kota Batu dalam meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih pemula. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, temuan akan dijelaskan secara rinci dan jelas untuk memahami secara komprehensif dan terperinci tentang partisipasi pemilih pemula. Rumusan masalah meliputi pertanyaan tentang strategi yang digunakan oleh KPU Kota Batu dalam mendorong pemilih pemula, serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh KPU Kota Batu dalam pelaksanaan strategi tersebut. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pemahaman yang lebih baik terkait upaya KPU Kota Batu dalam meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih pemula dalam proses demokrasi.
English Abstract
This research aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the General Election Commission (KPU) of Batu City in encouraging the participation of young voters. The research method employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach, considered appropriate for the research issues under investigation. The findings of this study will elaborate on the strategies of the KPU in Batu City to enhance the participation of young voters. In the qualitative research, the findings will be explained in detail and clearly to comprehensively understand the detailed involvement of young voters. The problem formulation includes questions about the strategies used by the KPU of Batu City in encouraging young voters and identifying the challenges faced by the KPU of Batu City in implementing these strategies. This research is expected to contribute to a better understanding of the efforts made by the KPU of Batu City to increase the participation of young voters in the democratic process.
