Abstract
Seorang produser merupakan pemimpin dalam suatu produksi. Dalam melaksanakan produksi video klip, seorang produser harus menciptakan alur kerja yang baik dan perencanaan yang matang. Produser berperan dalam seluruh tahapan produksi mulai dari tahap pra produksi, produksi, pasca produksi hingga distribusi. Dalam proses produksi yang panjang, seorang produser harus melakukan koordinasi dengan seluruh tim yang terlibat dan melakukan monitoring untuk menciptakan produksi yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini diadakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan manajemen produksi video klip “Rolls Of Dreams”. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama 4 bulan, menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi riset lapangan dengan sumber dari pelaku serta pengamatan hasil. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh cara menerapkan manajemen produksi pada produksi video klip sehingga menghasilkan karya menarik yang bisa dinikmati penonton.
English Abstract
A producer is the leader in a production. In carrying out music video production, a producer must create a good workflow and careful planning. Producers play a role in all stages of production from pre-production, production, and post-production to distribution. In a long production process, a producer must coordinate with all teams involved and monitor to create an effective and efficient production. This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of the production management of the video clip "Rolls Of Dreams". This research lasted for 4 months, using qualitative research with a field research observation approach with sources from actors and observations of results. From the results of the research obtained how to apply production management to the production of video clips to produce interesting works enjoyed by the audience.
